MANDATE:

Review and consolidate budget proposals of the different departments and offices of the PLGU.
Assist the LCE in the presentation of the Annual and Supplemental Budgets.
Study and Evaluate budgetary implications of Proposed Legislation and submit comments and Recommendations.
Acts as member of the Local Finance Committee and other Committees.

ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME:

A comprehensive, participatory budget that is clear, transparent and timely prepared to ensure the utilization of funds as tool in achieving the PLGU development goals and objectives.
