MANDATE:
To lead and represent the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation of Ifugao by formulating, implementing, and monitoring youth development programs, policies, and advocacies in accordance with RA 10742. To ensure effective coordination with LGUs, NGAs, and stakeholders, and to promote meaningful youth participation in governance and community
development.
ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME:
An empowered SK Provincial Federation that delivers efficient, transparent, and sustainable youth programs and projects. Ensured competent and committed SK officials with strengthened administrative and financial management systems. Guaranteed active youth engagement, enhanced partnerships, and inclusive services contributing to the holistic development of the youth in Ifugao.
